April Varner has built the room she always wished existed.

Vocal Revue is a new series at @zincbar devoted entirely to vocalists — eight emerging voices, each performing with a world-class house band, each getting the stage they deserve. The kind of room where a singer who just moved to New York can be heard the way they need to be heard.

Two members of the Four Hands Collective community are featured in this inaugural night. @ellamaedixon — who we have been watching with quiet awe for some time — and Samantha Lucas, who has been part of this community since night one.
