Saxophonist Evan Schwam leads a heartfelt tribute to NEA Jazz Master Chico Hamilton, in whose Euphoria band he played for fourteen years. This special quartet reunites members of Hamilton's own group — Evan on tenor saxophone and flute, Nick Demopoulos on guitar, Paul Ramsey on bass, and Jeremy Carlstedt on drums, all veterans of Chico Hamilton & Euphoria. A living tribute, performed by the musicians who helped make the music the first time.
