Vocalist, composer, and arranger Kieran Brown performs as part of the Ascendance Jazz Festival (July 18–19) — a new festival devoted to connecting the future of jazz. Bridging jazz history and contemporary sensibility, Kieran draws on jazz, R&B, and the Great American Songbook. Since arriving in NYC in 2023 she's become a fixture at Birdland, Dizzy's Club, The Django, and Mezzrow, sharing stages with Emmet Cohen and Benny Benack III. Following her acclaimed 2025 debut Loving You, she's preparing her sophomore release for this holiday season.
