Tony Glausi at So & So's

  • So & So's 302 West 52nd Street New York, New York, 10019 United States (map)

Tony grew up in a multi-generational musical family in Portland, Oregon — singing and playing piano early, composing on trumpet by ten. Now based in New York, he performs with artists from Peter Cincotti and Sean Mason to hip-hop legend Big Daddy Kane, and has toured the Montreux, Seoul, and Java Jazz Festivals and Blue Note clubs worldwide. He's an award-winning composer with eight albums, top honors in major international trumpet competitions, and seven years on faculty at The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music.

Tony is one of the artists the Four Hands Collective loves to champion — he's performed at multiple Nights at the Triad with us — and the kind of player who takes whatever a room gives him and makes it more beautiful than it was before. His Saturday residency means special guests turn up unannounced and no two nights are the same.

We're a nonprofit supporting artists, and the most direct way to support one is to be in the room: listen deeply, and bring a friend who'll want to come back.
